  Gone are the days of many great staff members who have passed through this location!! Particularly there is a sales manager named Melanie Rodger who is like a dark cloud raining / reigning down on all staff members while balancing & shining her pretentious crown & micromanages while sitting on her @ss always. She slows down efficiency with customers by interrupting other staff members, reassigning them away to do something else, when they are working hard and joyfully with customers who have waited long already. :( :( :( Every single time we have visited this store she has impacted our experiences negatively. I asked what her name was the last time I was in there. Hoping higher management will follow up with me. I can only imagine what it must be like working with her. Poor staff!! Poor customers!!!
