  I contacted CPR via text and worked with a tech name Ken. He responded within an hour and I sent him a screen shot of the shattered Iphone 6Plus. He said it would take about 20-30 min to replace. I dropped off the phone and it was finished within the time he stated. Everything looked great (sorry was so excited forgot to take a pic after it was done)!!! This phone was for my son and we gave it to him for Christmas. For some reason Siri wouldn't respond. There was some issue with the microphone. Everything was working before I dropped the phone off. I texted Ken and asked if perhaps the wrong glass was installed or some how it got covered. I asked if I could swing by to have him look at it. Turned out the microphone had shifted enough to cause this issue. He showed me what the problem was and then fixed it. Now it's working great. Thanks for all your help Ken. I didn't have any problems reaching or getting my issue resolved. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND CPR AND COME BACK AGAIN!
