They completely destroyed my iPad and the only response I got was " I need more time to fix it" after 3 weeks of having my device without communicating anything. They told me it was going to take 5 days. IF YOU LOVE YOUR ELECTRONICS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT KNOWS ELECTRONICS.
